Catching up

While in Trivandrum, got a chance to catch up with my friends from school, some of whom I was meeting after a whole decade! We met at Cafe Coffee Day, apparently a popular hang out place that has recently come up.

It was really nice to see some familiar faces, and to catch up with years’ worth of news and updates…!

Major life changes

Blog 4 Comments »

Almost to the day of my 10 completed years in Singapore, I am about to start on another major life changing move!

I am headed to Dubai, which once I had thought to be as just another city in the Middle east. As it turns out, it is a lot different from the stereotype, and even though I have not physically been there so far, there is a certain amount of comfort in making this decision. The buzz surrounding this city is amazing, you keep hearing of the “largest”, “most expensive” and outlandish feats of engineering and construction, and to a good extent, about the markedly different economy of this place.

Right now, I am in India, for a short break, before resetting my clocks for yet another new place, starting a different, if not new, life in Dubai.

So… Adios Singapore! Will see you again, soon!
